Q:
What is wallstickers?
A:
TrendyStickers Wallstickers are self-adhesive stickers made of a very thin high-tech vinyl foil. It only takes minutes to apply to a surface and it can be just as easily removed again when you feel like a change.
 
Q:
I haven’t received an order confirmation per email?
A:
You most likely entered your email address incorrectly in the order form or the email we sent you ended up in your SPAM folder by accident. Not to worry however: If you saw the order complete message when you place your order then you can be sure that we have received it and are processing it. If you want to make sure your order got through OK, you can always contact us using our contact form.

Returns and refunds
A:
Transactions with Trendystickers are subject to EU law which gives you 14 days to return your order from the day you received the goods. However, you should be aware of certain limitations:

1) If you have used your wallsticker, or peeled any of the two protective layers of paper from your sticker then you cannot exchange your sticker, nor receive a refund. If the purchased item is not a wallsticker, then the rule is that the item should not be used in any way and is still in its original packaging in order to receive a refund.

2) According to the law you should be able to exchange your goods with us and get a credit note / voucher for the full purchase amount which you can use to purchase other products from our store. If you choose this option, then you will receive your voucher by email as soon as we receive the goods you wish to exchange. Before sending back your order to us, you should click here to fill out our RMA request form.


We do offer an additional service however where we against a small handling fee (which covers our shipping, packaging and handling costs) refund your purchase amount. The handling fee is EUR 13. If you wish to take advantage of this option,
you should click here to fill out our RMA request form.

Then when we receive the returned goods we will deposit the order total (less our handling fee) to your bank account.

3) You must pay for return shipping of your goods. Goods must be returned to our head office at the following address:

Q:
How do I use my credit card in the payment form?
A:
1: Card number – Your card number consists of 16 digits on the front of your credit card.

2: Expiration date – Your expiration date consists of a 2 digit month and 2 digit year. Some cards may display the exact date ex. 02.27.2011 – In this case you only enter the month and year digits: 02 and 11.

3: Security code – The security code is a 3 digit number on the back of your card for additional security. It is usually the last 3 digits of the number you see directly above the signature field on your card.
 
Q:
What payment options do I have?
A:
You can pay in our shop using Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro and MasterCard.

When you pay with your card we initially put a hold on the total amount without debiting your account until the order is complete and shipped.

Regrettably, at the moment, we do not accept Cash-On-Delivery (COD), Poste Restante or wire transfers.

Shipping
A:
We ship all orders using an accredited courier service. We offer free shipping to certain countries with orders exceeding a certain amount.

To see the exact shipping costs for your order, add all the products you wish to purchase from your shopping cart - then select your coutry from the dropdown list. the system will then show the correct shipping amount in your local currency automatically. 
Q:
How will I receive my stickers?
A:
You will receive your sticker in a poster tube. We will send your sticker internationally using either an accredited courier service such as UPS, Fedex etc. or we will use the Danish Postal Service. Usually we ship out your sticker the very next day at the latest. 
Q:
Can I get you to send the TrendySticker I want as a gift to another address than my own?
A:
Yes. We can send your sticker to a different address than the billing address. This option will become available to you when you enter your payment and other information during checkout. 
Q:
Can TrendyStickers tolerate application on potential heat sources such as radiators, ovens, fireplaces etc?
A:
You should in most cases not apply TrendyStickers to a heat source which is in use. Wallstickers are made from a plastic material that doesn’t tolerate high temperatures. However, as a rule of thumb, if you can comfortably place the palm on your hand on the chosen surface without getting too uncomfortable – then it should be OK to apply our wallstickers.

How can I see the difference between plain and shiny foil and how exactly will the colors look in real life?
A:

Can I use a wallsticker again and again?
A:
No. As soon as you have applied a wallsticker once, it cannot be reused. 
Q:
On which surfaces can I use TrendyStickers?
A:
You can apply TrendyStickers to almost any surface. You’ll get the best results if you apply our stickers to plain smooth surfaces – but they can be applied without problems to surfaces such as painted wallpaper, windows, tiles, doors, plaster, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators – your imagination is the limit!

Our stickers can be applied to structured wallpaper – but as there is a risk of air bubbles forming under the sticker, it will not adhere uniformly. We recommend that you order a sample sticker and test it on your surface of choice if you are in doubt. Please click here to see our sample stickers.

TrendyStickers do not adhere well to raw unpainted walls, unpainted wallpaper, textiles, paper, canvas and the like. Contact us if you are still in doubt whether TrendyStickers will work for you.
